Before you sign up
Can my family or team use the same garage?
Yes. A garage can have several people in it, and everyone sees the same vehicles and history.
What happens to my records if I stop subscribing?
Nothing is deleted. Your garage goes back to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for, and your history stays where it is.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us. You can change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from the Plan page.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser and can be added to your home screen like an app.
Where does recall information come from?
From the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), matched on make, model and year. Recall checks cover vehicles sold in the United States.
